my dear, I'm still here

Oh, I have just been BUSY!!  My mind is not on the blogosphere and I miss it.  I have no inspriration to write anything!  I have so many little things on my daily and weekly checklists that right now there is no time for blogging or reading.  Everything is good, just busy.  I've been loving being outside.  I've done a lot of work on our gardens and they look beautiful.  I've begun sanding the teak on the sailboat and that too looks beautiful.  I had a plant sale at school, I finished the club yearbook, finished the Get Ready for Kindergarten program and now I have our Happy Hour, Kindergarten Orientation and a few other things. 

I've been going to Weight Watchers since January and I finally hit 10 lbs!!!!!  Yeah me!!!  I'm very excited.  I had been hovering around 7-8 lbs for weeks and I have finally had a break through.  I don't care how long it takes me, I'll get there.  There is no magic number, no magic size.  It's all about me and how good I feel.  It's wonderful.  I go with 4 other gals, but one pal is my true support and cheerleader.  I can't tell you what a difference she has made in my life.  Pure goodness.  I'm paring away the bad and surrounding myself with good and happy.  So that is a real positive.  Tomorrow, we're walking in a 5K breast cancer walk together.  It's empowering.

I hope that my mind eventually comes back to Blog City because I truly do miss y'all.  I hope you're all well.  I guess I just need a sabatical.  I got my head in the game and it needs to be there for a while.  Wish me luck!  Be well.
