Busy!!

I have not been a-bloggin' so much the last week or so.  My mind and schedule have been full.  Life is good for sure, but I just have not had time to stop and have a good long think.  I need that from time to time. 

I painted all day today and my right forearm is SORE!!  But, the project is "coming nice".  Actually, it's going to be beautiful.  My friend and I are painting the Ladies Room at our Club.  The former state was indeed sad, pitiable even.  Dark brown bead board, gross art work, one window with a cheap mini blind, the other with a nice shutter.  It was neglected at best.  So, today we primed and then cut in with our gorgeous Riviera Azure.  SO EXCITING!  To me anyway...  Tomorrow we finish the first coat of blue.  Monday is the second.  Tuesday is the new shutter and upholstering the stools.  Curtains will come in time.  I'm sorry we didn't take before photos.  I'll definately take afters and show you guys.  Here's the paint color and curtain/upholstery fabric:

The fabric doesn't show true here.  It's actually a lot more periwinkle than it shows. 

I guess I'm trying to pack in as much schtuff as I can before the kiddies get out of school.  Next week I'm going to finally see Sex inn the City.  We're going on the last full day of school!  Decadent.  Love it.
